God desires our relationship, not just a religion. God wants our lives be a daily act of worship as we live each moment for His glory. For some this may just be a nice thought, but for these five boys from Texas, it is a statement of belief that comes with great responsibilty.
Since 2007, After The Flood has been living that belief by showing the world a relationship God who doesn't care about legalistic attempts at perfection, but about our desire to love Him and to minister to His people.

"They are great musicians and work great together, but more importantly is their heart for God and a heart to lead His people into worship." -Sam Catalano (Kelview Heights Baptist Church)
"Large group or small group it doesn’t matter, the band sings to God and leads you to the feet of our Savior... These guys don’t just play and sing well on stage but worship God through their lives." -Chris McCarthy (Grace Family Church)
After The Flood is a ministry above all else... The goal is not only to create music that is glorifying to God, and edifying to the church, but also to minister to people on a personal level. They offer themselves fully as musicians, as ministers, as counselors, as friends, as believers who desire to be used by God for His purpose. They are a "group of guys that truly love the Lord, and you can see it in the way they live their lives."
"Our desire is to see this generation experience God's presence through His word, through relationships, and through worship, so they will leave differently than the way they came, and reach out to the world with the penetrating gospel of Jesus Christ."

Chris grew up in church with a strong foundation of Christianity and Biblical teaching. His love of music was apparent at an early age, and he has been singing, playing instruments, and writing music for most of his life. Soon after being married in 2006, Chris was seeking other like-minded individuals to begin ministering with, and through an amazing series of pre-ordained circumstances, Chris began jamming with Jeffrey who he had known all of his life. Soon Jeffrey's brother, Billy, and a friend, Patrick joined the duo, and After The Flood was born in October of 2007. Chris is happily married to his wife and best friend, Ashley, and together they have two beautiful children, Aubrey and Addison. Chris is also the worship pastor at a church in Spring, TX.

Jeffrey was raised in a home with adament Christ following parents, and was saved at an early age. Being involed with church from childhood, ministry was always a part of his life. At 12 years of age he was given his first guitar, and from there, with a couple short lessons, Jeffrey began teaching himself how to play. At 14, Jeffrey's parents surrendered to full time ministry, and the whole family moved to the mission field in Belize, Central America. Living on a camp ground, music was always a good time passer and a great way to minister to the groups and teams that came through the camp. Soon after moving back to Texas, Jeffrey joined a local worship band and served with them until joining up with Chris in 2007. Jeffrey currently serves on the worship team at his church in Spring, TX.

Like the other 3 members of After The Flood, Billy was also raised in a Christian home. He first picked up an acoustic guitar at age 15 and started playing bass at 19. Billy has served in churches and different ministries for most of his life, including serving with his family as a missionary in Belize, Central America for several years. In 2006, Billy felt God calling him to full-time ministry. He then joined up with Chris and his brother, Jeffrey in 2007 as the 3rd member of After The Flood. Billy also serves faithfully on the worship team at his church in Texas, and enjoys visting his parents who are still serving in Belize.

Patrick was raised in a Christian home, and started playing drums at age 16. Over the years, Patrick has worked with a number of different Christian Rock and Worship bands, and in late 2007, proved to be the missing piece of the puzzle for After The Flood. Patrick currently serves on the worship team at his church in Crosby, TX, and is happily married to his wife, Kelli. They are now expecting their first child!!!
